Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions represent a contract between Klening and the Customer.

Customers are requested to go through the Do’s and Don’ts leaflet that is handed over to them at the time of order booking by a Klening sales representative to avoid inconvenience at the time of the process.

Both parties will ensure that their respective responsibilities under this agreement are undertaken in compliance with all statutory regulations and codes of conduct.

Cleaning service is charged per square feet or national average room sizes taking into account the type of requirement.

The Customer must make payment either by cash, card or Bank Transfer before the cleaner leaves the Customer’s property.

Refund will be issued only if:

The Customer has cancelled a cleaning service within the allowed time of 48 hours prior to the start of the cleaning service.

The Company will not be liable under any circumstances for any loss, expenses, damages, delays, costs or compensation (whether direct, indirect or consequential) which may be suffered or incurred by the Customer arising from or in any way connected with.

An existing damage to Customer’s property in the form of old stains/burns/spillages etc. which can’t be cleaned/removed completely by the cleaners using the industry standard cleaning methods.

The treatment involves usage of chemicals and machines on the surfaces whichever is agreed by the customer with the Klening sales representative at the time of order booking.

Before commencement of the cleaning process, customers are requested to move the heavy movable furniture 2 ft. away from the wall, empty all fixed wooden wardrobes, cabinets, wall units and other fixed wooden furniture. Klening technicians are instructed not to handle customer’s property.

Customers are requested to provide information to Klening staff on location of the fragile zones. This will help the company to prevent any damages while doing operations. Company does not take any responsibility for damage caused to property in absence of the above information.

Customers are requested to disclose the clear information on area size and the requirement to avoid any miscommunication.

Customers are requested to arrange electricity for machines, water to mix chemicals in sufficient quantity, ladder & stool to treat the infestation at higher elevations.

Customers are requested to provide necessary access to the location for inspection.

The equipment used in cleaning creates noise, chemicals do have slight odor, and customers are requested to bear with the same. If customers have any patients/pets/children/senior citizens in the house, do not allow them to remain present while the treatment is in progress. They may be allowed to enter the premises after the premises are ventilated well and also cleaned with a dry cloth.

All fragile and highly breakable items must be secured or removed. Items excluded from liability are: cash, items of sentimental value, art and antiques.

The cleaning is scheduled as per mutually agreed time frame. The Company shall not be held responsible if the premises are not made available for the treatment on the scheduled date and time.

For first time customers and one-time customers, we take before and after photos of our work. These pictures are used for training, proof of performance as well as promotion. If you do not want pictures taken of work areas in your home please notify us when you schedule your cleaning.

The Company reserves the right to make any changes to any part of these Terms and Conditions without giving any prior notice. The Company may add to or alter these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any alterations or additions will apply to new business but not to existing contracts.
