Frequency and questions
Klening is a private limited company,A team of very experienced professionals who are experts in the service industry.
Stains removal needs a proper process and will take many wash to remove completely, however a few stains are very hard to remove, we keep fabric condition in mind, any harsh process would damage the fabric.
We operate 7 days a week, 9Am-9Pm.
Express Delivery-4-6 Hours to 1-2Days( Extra charges applicable) Normal Delivery-1 week.
We never use any substandard product which will lead to fabric damage, all the cleaners are selective from the top brands.
No, but the order size should be minimum 500/-Rs.
Dyeing, shoe cleaning, carpet cleaning, curtain cleaning, leather cleaning.
We may be able to accommodate your request. Please put a request at the time of booking.
We will process 5-6 times of the bill value, please refer to our terms and conditions before contacting us for any claims
If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us for complimentary rework.
Your garments may be either hung or folded as you preference.
We wash each load separately.
Terms and conditions are printed on the back side of the invoice, and even on our website.
